Membership
- To accept the LAWorld Articles of Association (Constitutional Document) and in particular agree to Section 8 which relates to fee payment
- Agree that all staff of each member firm adopts the LAWorld Code of Practice
- Members are expected to attend the annual LAWorld Conference and be active participants within LAWorld. After attending your first LAWorld Conference, you benefit from a first year discount of the membership fee.
- Communicate electronically with a commitment to use the latest technology in the delivery of legal services and have your own up-to-date website
- To have English speaking lawyers at a senior level, as well as lawyers speaking the language(s) of the host country and neighbouring countries
- To respond to the Executive Office´s requests for information for the internal membes bulletin, provide details of referrals to and from other members, newsletter articles etc
- To promote LAWorld to your clients and contacts
