Marta Lobzowska-Werner has many years experience of financial transactions and investments, which she gained in the Warsaw office of an international law firm. She participated in legal servicing of financial transactions of real estate investments, particularly including big commercial and developer projects, as well as financial transactions of several investment projects, including financing of one of the biggest investment projects in the last few years performed within the fuel industry in Poland. Marta is also experienced in retail lending, contract law and labour law, gained at the position of an in-house lawyer at a Polish branch of a lending institution.
Pawel Zysko has over seven years experience in legal counselling to commercial enterprises, acquired in the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA), the Tebodin company and in renowned Polish law firms. He specializes in consultancy for real estate trade and investment processes, in particular advising in the scope of lease agreements, developer agreements and analysis of properties’ legal status. Moreover, Pawel represents clients in court disputes and construction law, civil law, commercial law, companies law and administrative law.
Kamil Kowalik is a tax advisor with nine years experience gained mainly during his work in international and Polish consulting companies and tax authorities. Realized projects regarding M&A’s, national and international restructuring of capital groups, financing economic activity, national and international tax planning, tax due diligence, tax reviews as well as analysing financial models. Kamil conducts current advisory services in the scope of CIT and VAT and works for companies from different business sectors including developers, pharmaceutical, IT, environment protection, production, chemistry, food-processing, wholesale and retail trade as well as financial services.
