Marissa A. Alkhazov’s  practice is focused on complex litigation and insurance defense law. She acts as counsel to insurers in first and third party matters, counsels insurers regarding bad faith, duty to defend and coverage disputes.  Ms. Alkhazov earned her J.D. from Albany Law School.

Troy A. Biddle will continue to counsel and represent insurers, policyholders, and businesses in all aspects of litigation.  Mr. Biddle earned his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law.

Laura E. Kruse concentrates her practice on the defense of product liability claims against leading medical, pharmaceutical and chemical companies, and on the defense of self-insured and insured entities against personal injury claims.  Ms. Kruse earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University.
