Polczynski Lawyers, LAWorld client member firm in Sydney, Australia, has appointed three new senior lawyers to its team which enhances the commercial and corporate advisory capability of the practice.
Danny Adno has joined the firm as special counsel in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice group and Georgina Wu and Monique Cowden have joined the firm as senior lawyers in the commercial disputes practice group.
Danny Adno has more than 12 years experience as a transactional and advisory corporate and commercial lawyer, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Danny assists clients buying and selling shares and assets, corporate re-organisations, private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital raisings and exits and has been engaged by clients to advise, negotiate and prepare a range of commercial contracts.
Georgina Wu has 10 years experience as a lawyer having worked in Shanghai as a corporate and commercial lawyer and for the past 6 years as a commercial disputes lawyer in Sydney. Georgina is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and so Polczynski Lawyers to provide a comprehensive service to Chinese clients.
Monique Cowden has more than 5 years experience as a commercial disputes lawyer. Monique was the winner of the 2013 Lawyers Weekly Best 30 Under 30 in the Dispute Resolution category and the winner of the same award in 2014 in the Pro Bono category.
